Most of my clients are small to medium size businesses, as well as advertising and design groups.

The Initial Consultation

Upon first contact, usually by phone or email, I will schedule an appointment for the Initial Consultation —the first meeting to discuss your needs and the requirements of your project in detail.
This meeting can take place at your office or mine. Most of the time a phone meeting will suffice.

The Initial Consultation typically includes the following:

  • Listen to your needs and goals.
  • For website development I will provide you with a questionnaire that will help you visualize and structure your website. It will help you define your expectations as well as the "personality" and looks you require.
  • We'll discuss your ideas and generate a unique concept that truly reflects the nature of your business.

I give my customers the opportunity to speak with me as often as they like to answer questions, discuss ideas, and ensure that the work they receive from me is exactly what they're looking for.

The Proposal

Within a couple of days after the Initial Consultation, I will issue a written proposal describing the scope and cost of the services needed .

This proposal agreement includes:

  • A written description of the work discussed at the Initial Consultation.
  • An outline of my services, by phase. A description of additional services that you might request.
  • A delivery time schedule.
  • A payment schedule.

I look forward to talking with you about your next project. Drop me a line about what you're looking for or recommend me to someone you know.
I take pride in my high standards for creativity and professionalism.
